Robert Cousins is the Director of the Tyndale Intercultural Ministries Centre. This centre has been involved in Diaspora leadership development for a number of years, and has had amazing impact. This centre also seeks to engage and encourage multicultural leaders in global missions. Robert Cousins’ passion is to develop diaspora and multicultural leaders, and to equip inter-culturally competent leaders.

Robert was born and raised in Northern Ireland. He and his wife Sheila served as missionaries in East Africa for 12 years where their two children, Andrew and Rebekah, were born and raised.
