Amos Yong is one of the world’s leading Asian Pentecostal scholars. His scholarship has been foundational in Pentecostal theology, interacting with both traditional theological traditions and contemporary contextual theologies.
Amos Yong throws himself into a wide variety of topics. These include: Global Pentecostalism, theology and science, theology of mission, political theology, systematic and constructive theology, theology and disability, comparative theology, theology of religions, interfaith encounter/dialogue, and Buddhist-Christian dialogue.
Amos Yong has authored or edited over 30 books, and almost 200 scholarly articles. He’s the past president of the Society for Pentecostal Studies.
