Dec 20, 20160 comments

Christianity was established in India by the 6th century, and, since then, Indian Christianity has has a profound influence on Christian faith and the world. Indian culture and Christianity influenced the theologies and missiologies of so many great Christian leaders—Lesslie Newbigin is just one example. In this video, Daniel Jeyaraj and Graham Hill discuss what Indian Christianity teaches us about spiritual vitality, mission, hospitality, joy, relating to other faiths, and more. Daniel Jeyaraj is Professor of World Christianity, and Director of the Andrew Walls Center for the Study of African and Asian Christianity, at Liverpool Hope University, U.K.
